The Masters is here… at least it feels like it. When you hear players talking about their recent practice rounds at Augusta, you know you don't have long to wait. Roll on next week. 

The way things are shaping up, we could be in for a classic, with a host of top names displaying the kind of form good enough to capture a Green Jacket. Take your pick from the likes of Jason Day, Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, Louis Oosthuizen, Bubba Watson, Adam Scott… the list of genuine contenders goes on. 
Last weekend, Day laid down a marker in winning the WGC-Dell Match Play in Texas - and he's now the bookmakers' favourite to come out on top at Augusta National. 

The Australian defeated McIlroy en route to becoming the champion for the second time in three years, not that the Ulsterman should lose too much sleep over that, his game is looking pretty sharp as well. 

To a certain extent, form goes out of the window when the first Major of the season gets underway, but it's hard to see where a surprise winner comes from this year, especially with so many of the world's top ten coming into hot form. 

If you're yet to get the Masters buzz, we guarantee you'll have it by this time next week. Hopefully it'll also encourage you to get out and play a bit more, especially given the extra light in the evenings.

April is all 'go'...

April is going to be another busy month in the pro shop, not just because of all of the lessons and fittings, but we also have another fantastic trade in coming up.
